Praveen, born and brought up in Kochi and Reni John from Kottayam, presently doing business in Kochi have been friends for the past five years. They stay together in a villa in the city. Praveen is jobless and leads an immoral life. He gives all sorts of support to his women friends and emotionally and mentally insecure women find solace in Praveen. Reni John’s parents were in gulf. He was extremely shy and had no clue law to approach or talk to a women.

Sherin, a window with business in Mumbai wishes to marry Praveen. To avoid her he introduces Reni John to her and makes opportunities for them to see each other and to be together.
